Fontana Blu
Solar-powered water for Nakuru. Now raising US$1M.
A water company in Nakuru, operating since June 2025, raises a US$1M first round. Investors need to see what runs today and what the money builds.
An investor deck that puts proof first: 12 million litres supplied and 2,000+ tanker loads. A status label on every claim. A four-phase roadmap shows where the round lands.
Project information
Fontana Blu supplies water in Nakuru, Kenya, and has operated since June 2025. This seed deck makes the case for a US$1M first round, built from the company’s public facts.
The rule was clear: invent nothing. Every claim carries a source line. Every service carries its status: operating now, pilot, planned or future. Where a figure must come from the founders, the slide holds a marked space for it. The look comes from the company’s own site: Sora, Manrope, three blues and a gold.

01Problem and place
Why water in Nakuru is hard to find, and why the city is the right place to start.

02Proof first
Traction before the pitch: 12 million litres supplied and 2,000+ tanker loads. Then the real assets and the product in beta.

03The numbers
One price is proven: KSh 250 for 5,000 litres, or KSh 0.05 a litre. Market size and positioning are built from sources, with a marked space for every figure still to come.

04Roadmap and round
Phase 1 runs today. The round builds Phase 3: treated water, refills and delivery.
