Student Leadership Council
Four committee action plans. 27 tasks. One deck.
Four student committees each wrote an action plan for 2026–27. The school wanted all four in one place, clear enough for staff and students to act on.
One deck, one colour per committee. A tab bar on every slide shows where you are. All key dates sit on one timeline. Every ask to the school sits in one table.
Project information
The source was four plain-text action plans, one from each student committee. Each plan had its own shape. The deck gives all four the same structure: overview, key dates, asks, then each committee in turn.
Each committee keeps its colour from the first slide to the last. Every slide has speaker notes, so any student can stand up and present it. The tables are real PowerPoint tables, so staff can edit them without a designer.

01The overview
One slide answers the first question: how much work is there? Four committees, 27 tasks: 14, 6, 4 and 3.

02Key dates
Every date from all four plans sits on one timeline. It runs in three parts, from autumn 2026 to spring 2027.

03What the plans ask of the school
Staff need one answer: what do the students need from us? One table per committee lists every ask.

04Community & Events
The biggest committee gets the most room: 16 slides. Tabs along the top show the part: Events, House or Community Voice Council. Events and House each end on a summary.

05Three more committees, one pattern
STEAM, Wellbeing and Environment use the same layouts, each in its own colour. The deck closes on the cover it opened with.
